How can I order online from Pavidas? How can I use Coupons?

Choose your favorite items and add them to the cart, click on the "PROCEED WITH ORDER" button to finalize the purchase.

You can order as a customer, by logging into your personal account or creating one, or as a guest. You will then have to choose the delivery method and payment method you prefer.

In the last step you can double-check the correctness of the data you entered and use the discount voucher by entering the respective code in the appropriate field.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with information regarding the items ordered. The order is processed and shipped within 24 hours. To better follow your package, we will send you the shipping number and the tracking link via WhatsApp or email.

Has my order or individual items been cancelled?

In rare cases it may happen that an item is already sold out but is shown as available in the online store, our system is unable to update the quantities in real time, which is why your order may be cancelled. The purchase amount will be immediately credited to the payment method you used for your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed the same day. The order is shipped within 24 hours. You can send a cancellation request via email to ordini@pavidas.com or WhatsApp, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of the order placed if it arrives after the order has already been processed. Have you received your order but want to return it?

You can return unwanted items to us free of charge within 15 days of delivery. Here you can find all the information on returns. If your address has changed and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and the purchase amount will be refunded.

I made a return, when will I be refunded?

As soon as we have received the goods in our logistics center, we will first inform you with a confirmation email about the number of items returned and the refund amount.
We will process each return request and initiate the corresponding refund in a timely manner.
The money will then be refunded via the same payment method at the time of purchase. For cash on delivery payments it will be necessary to provide an IBAN via email and/or the Return Form received in the package.

How can I see the sizes and colors available?

We provide you with reliable information on item availability thanks to our management system. However, it may sometimes happen that a desired size or color combination appears as in stock, even if it is already sold out.

Are the goods I put in the cart automatically reserved for me?

No. The products are reserved at the end of the purchase procedure, with payment. If you do not submit your order immediately, there is a possibility that the item will be sold out by the time it takes you to complete your purchase.

I'm having problems logging in, I can't get to the "Proceed with order" command. What can I do?

Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?

Yes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt via e-mail. Furthermore, we will inform you, again via e-mail or WhatsApp, when we have assigned the package to the designated shipping company.

Are my personal data really safe in the Pavidas Online Shop?

Yes. The use of the most modern SSL encryption procedures in the section of the Online Shop dedicated to payment guarantees maximum protection of your personal data, including those you enter to make the payment. All transactions are also protected by the indispensable indication of your card's verification code.

How can I check my order history?

If you have ordered from us as a guest, you will find all important information about your order in the confirmation email that we have sent to the specified email address. If you have a customer account, you can see all the orders you have placed in the "ORDER LIST". Please note that only online orders are displayed here. Purchases made in stores will not appear in your customer account.

How can I pay?

Choose the payment method that is most convenient for you: you can pay by credit card or via PayPal, payment in installments with Afterpay or through Afterpay later

What payment methods are accepted?

By credit card - You can make the payment on the PAVIDAS Online Shop by paying with a credit card from the following circuits: Visa, Mastercard, Gest Pay Circuit, Maestro, American Express and Bancomat, JCB Cards, Hype, My Bank, Tim Personal, Sofort Banking , Masterpass in the most secure mode to date, with the further guarantee of the Mastercard Securecode and Verified by VISA services.

Pay pal - The Customer can pay for their purchase through their verified PayPal account, according to the methods established by PayPal and to the knowledge of each account holder. Pavidas reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the PayPal verified account.

Afterpay in 3 - Receive your order immediately and split the payment into 3 interest-free monthly installments for all your orders up to €600. Choose Afterpay in 3 at checkout.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Under normal operating circumstances, delivery times for goods are 24 – 48 working hours. During sales, delivery times may be longer.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is €5.00 for Italy. Shipping to EU at €10 for the rest of Europe and shipping to the rest of the world is calculated at checkout. All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items.

Who has to pay import taxes?

The duty can constitute a significant part in commercial transactions and its existence due to the crossing of borders, import taxes are paid by the buyer and are never included in the shipping costs.

Can I also have the goods sent to my workplace?

We will deliver the products to the address indicated by you in the purchase procedure. Therefore, if you often find yourself away from home during the courier's delivery times, we will obviously also deliver the ordered goods to your workplace, to your neighbor or to your best friend.

Returns, refunds and complaints

Can I return the goods if I don't like them?

Certainly. You can return the items ordered within 15 days from the shipping date of receiving them. The return is free. You can return the goods by requesting the return label by email to ordini@pavidas.com and using the attached return form.

Is it possible to combine multiple orders in the same package?

Yes, it is possible. Simply place the return forms of all the orders you have placed from our website in the last 15 days in one package. Remember before requesting the return label by sending an email to ordini@pavidas.com , specify the order numbers you wish to return, once you have received the return label, prepare the package, enter the return form returned, and take the package to the Post Office closest to you.

Can I return or exchange the goods in the store too?

Yes, if you live nearby it is possible to return or exchange items directly in the store, we are waiting for you in Via Alfredo Cottrau, 24, 80053 Castellammare di Stabia NA from 09:00 to 19:00.

I would like to return but there was no shipping label in my package. What should I do?

Contact our Customer Service by sending an email to ordini@pavidas.com you will receive a response with the shipping label, print it and apply it in a clearly visible position on the package. Don't forget to fill out and include the return form in the package.

Remember to always take a photo of the label you attach to your return or write down the tracking code and keep it until the refund has been received.

Is it possible to return discounted goods or individual pieces from my order?

Certainly.

Can I return underwear or swimsuits?

Yes, you can also return underwear and swimsuits. Items including the original tag must not have been worn. Of course, you are allowed to try on the items.
