Returns
Pavidas intends to guarantee your complete satisfaction, for this reason we offer the possibility of returning the products easily, quickly and free of charge within 15 days of delivery, and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
How to make a return?
1. Request the return label by sending an email to ordini@pavidas.com.
2. Fill out the Return Form that you received with your order. In case of payment on delivery, be sure to indicate send the bank account number for the refund via email to ordini@pavidas.com . Can't find the Return Form? No problem, click here to download your return form.
3. Attach the return label to the package and insert the form inside. Close everything and take the package to the nearest post office.
In case of return for orders under €99, the shipping cost will be retained since you have used the service.
For orders over 99 euros with free shipping, in case of return the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
What happens after the return is shipped?
- Package Verification : Our Returns Office will verify the integrity of the returned items to those reported in the Return Form. At the end of the verification we will send you a confirmation message to the email address you provided us previously.
- Refund : The refund will be made using the same method chosen when paying for the order.
- Credit card, Scalapay and Scalapay later: the refund is automatically credited to your account.
- Bank transfer and Cash on delivery the refund is automatically credited to your current account within 7 days of verification of the return. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be extended up to 14 days.
Can I return a product purchased from PAVIDAS without a paper Return Form?
YES. If your Return Form has been damaged or you do not have it for any other reason, you can return it without it. All you need to do is write down your order number on a separate sheet of paper and include it in the returned package. Make sure it is legible and easily accessible to the operator who will process your return.
How to prepare products for return?
Prepare the package: make sure that the returned product is well placed in its packaging along with the completed and signed Return Form. You can use the same package in which you received the product. All our packaging is reusable and eco-friendly. Remember that as the sender of the package you are responsible for its safe transport. If the product arrives damaged, we may reduce the amount of the refund in proportion to the damage caused.
How will I receive the money if the payment is cash on delivery?
The funds for the returned goods will be sent to the bank account provided in the Return Form. If you do not have the form, simply write down the order number, the name of the owner and the account number to which the refund will be issued, placing everything in the package. Make sure it is legible and easily accessible to the operator who will accept your return. After receiving and checking the package you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made to the account you provided within 7 working days.
What happens if the credit card used to pay for the order is not active?
Contact your bank.
What happens if I forget to include the Return Form in the package?
Immediately send an email to ordini@pavidas.com indicating the order number and tracking number.
What to do if the refunded amount is incorrect?
Contact us specifying the order number, the shipment number and the products you are returning.

What should I do if I don't receive a refund?
Contact us with your order number and tracking number.
When will I receive a refund for a cancelled order?
Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation.
Return conditions
To send one or more returns to Pavidas, you must comply with specific conditions:
All items sold on pavidas.com are delivered with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a disposable warranty seal with the Pavidas logo. The item must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are in their original condition, with the tag and warranty seal perfectly intact. Returns with the warranty seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
Before shipping the package, complete the following checklist!!!
All products I intend to return:
- They have not been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way;
- They are in the same condition in which I received them;
- The garment's identification labels are intact and untampered with;
AND:
- I received the return authorization and 15 business days have not passed;
- I reported any defects in the items via email to ordini@pavidas.com and sent photographic evidence within 72 working hours of receiving the order.
Returns/exchanges/collections of e-commerce orders can be made in our boutique in Via Alfredo Cottrau 24, Castellammare di Stabia, Naples from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
PLEASE NOTE: All returned items will be inspected by Pavidas staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure and reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions set out. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance selling applies. During the 70% sales, no exchanges or returns are made.
